Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- Product must not show any signs of damage or wear
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Repair Service Policy
All our repair services come with a 3-month warranty covering parts and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage:
- Free re-repair if the same issue occurs within 3 months
- Warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage after repair
- Original repair receipt must be presented for warranty claims
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or vouchers
Refund Process

Exchange Policy
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we'll be happy to exchange your product for:
- Same product (different color or variant)
- Different product of equal or greater value (pay difference if applicable)
- Store credit valid for 6 months
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll arrange free pickup and send a replacement immediately
- Full refund if replacement is not available
