Product Returns

Repair Service Policy

All our repair services come with a 3-month warranty covering parts and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Free re-repair if the same issue occurs within 3 months
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage after repair
  • Original repair receipt must be presented for warranty claims

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or vouchers

Refund Process

  • Same product (different color or variant)
  • Different product of equal or greater value (pay difference if applicable)
  • Store credit valid for 6 months

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll arrange free pickup and send a replacement immediately
